How long does it take to get shirts?
Rush Orders as quick as 48 Hours are available for a Rush Charge. Normally allow AT LEAST 7 DAYS for us to be able to meet your deadline. Also account for shipping time (which is UPS ground from Pittsburgh, PA) We will make every effort to meet your deadline, but without the proper amount of notice, we can’t promise anything. YOUR TURN AROUND TIME BEGINS WHEN PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

How do I order?
You can browse styles, get pricing, design a shirt, customize existing designs & upload your own to order on a variety of products in our Online Design Studio here.Or you can just send us email with as much of the following information you have right now, and we’ll get you moving forward with your order.

Do you have a graphic already or do you need one?
If you have it, attach the best quality version you have. Feel free to email us with any questions you might have. 
What Color & Style Shirts do you want?
50/50? 100% Cotton? No-Preference?
Longsleeve? Short Sleeve? 
How many of each size do you need?
For Example: 12 SM, 15 MD, 13 LG, 24 XL, 6 XX
When do you need them by?
We make every effort to hit your deadline regardless of how soon, but we can only guarantee it if you give us at least a week. 2 weeks is best. 
Where do you need them shipped/delivered to?

ADULT / UNISEX FRONT & BACK - 13.5” x 16” | SHORT SLEEVE - 3.75” x 3.75” | LONG SLEEVE - 3.75” x 15”
YOUTH FRONT & BACK - 9.5” x 12.5” | SHORT SLEEVE - 3.75” x 3.75” | LONG SLEEVE - 3.75” x 12”
TODDLER FRONT & BACK - 6” x 6”
ADULT / UNISEX PANT LEGS - 3.75” x 15”
*PULLOVER HOODY FRONTS HAVE A MAX PRINT HEIGHT OF 12” ON ADULT, 8” ON YOUTH TO ALLOW FOR FRONT POCKET
Can I come to the shop and order?
We're at the shop Monday - Friday (check the contact page for current hours) and you're welcome to stop by and talk about your order.
Art Preparation
You can send your art as an .eps, .ai, or .psd. If sending photoshop files, the individual colors should be seperate layers if possible. We can work with pretty much any other file you may have. Questions? E-mail or call 412-381-1104.
If your artwork is low resolution, or generally not print ready, a $30 Art charge may apply.
Design Services
We can help with basic designs if you need help getting your idea ready to print. Some requests may require a $30 art charge.
